Airport Design and Construction Consultancy One Member Limited Liability Company (ADCC) is a member of Vietnam Engineering Consultant Association (VECAS), Vietnam Aviation Construction Association and Vietnam's Association of Construction Contractor (VACC). 

Total staff of the company: approximately 198 persons.

Technical and scientific staff, design consultants with university graduation and post graduation are 129 persons holding about 81%, in which technical staff of transportation industry of airport and bridge – road are about 40% (especially aviation and airport staff are about 10%). Besides that, the company has many collaborators who are responsible for highly managing, teaching at universities with qualification of Professor and Doctor and at present, they are the leading experts in Vietnam in the fields of construction in general and bridge – road and airport construction in particular.

ADCC is a Number 1 Company in Vietnam in the fields of construction consultancy for aviation and airport engineering projects. From 1993 to now, the company has implemented many works with the especially important meaning of Defence – Economy – Society relating to the orientation of infrastructure development of aviation industry in Vietnam in particular and in general. In fact:  Planning nationwide civil airport network, planning nationwide military airport system; surveying, planning, preparing projects, designing repair, recovering and renewing many airports either military or civil nationwide such as Noi Bai, Vinh, Da Nang, Phu Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Can Tho, Cat Bi, Phu Quoc, Con Son, Chu Lai and Lien Khuong Airports. The projects which are implemented by the company are highly appreciated by management Authorities and Investors for good quality and especially meeting demand for progress. Particularly, the project of improvement of Apron of Tan Son Nhat International Airport – implemented by ADCC and rewarded with gold medal  and granted the Certificate on high quality design by the Ministry of Transport and granted the Certificate on typical quality project of the 90 Decade by VECAS.

ADCC has participated in consultancy and design for road, express highway and tunnel projects in difficult terrains such as hangars and other underground engineering, with aim to ensure security Defense.

The company has relationship with many international organizations and foreign consulting companies including Japan Aviation Consult Company (JAC); The US WilberSmith Associates, ADPi Designers and Planers – Republic of France, Price WaterHouse Cooper Corporation; ITOCHU Corporation, Nippon Koei Consulting Company, PCI Consulting Company, OC Company and etc.

ADCC Company continuously has been strengthened Vietnam Domestic Market and step by step developed oversea Market, together with APAVE Vietnam & South East Asia to take part in Supervision of Tripoly Passenger Terminal of Libya; Laos, Cambodia. Survey, design and planning of Attapeu and Nongkhang Airport construction in Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
